Refund policy

We want you to love your Glowette Cosmetics purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging - for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics unless the product arrived damaged or defective. To start a return, contact us at marianils.39177@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
